Fake or Mature?
What do you think? Is it mature or two-faced to be nice to someone you dislike? Or does it depend? Personally, I'm not going to be unnecessarily rude (or unprofessional especially in a work environment) but if I don't like you, with good cause, you will know. No one has to wonder where they stand with me.
