Constipation
Are any of you ladies super constipated but fart and burp a lot? Lmao, I fart and burp a lot. But geez I hate being constipated. What are yalls remedies or what do y’all suggest. I massage my stomach to increase the chance of me pooping. I just want to poop and feel relieved. I took some miralax and my it’s taking for ever to kick in😒
