semen analysis

my doctor suggested having hubby do a semen analysis to make sure he's good to go. He seems very against it and I'm not sure how to make him feel more comfortable with it. I have told him his test would be easier at The one-and-done Thing versus all the things that I'd have to go through so I want to make sure he's good to go first. I told him I refuse to go on any medication or treatment unless he gets checked because there's no point in trying if something's wrong. What all can I tell him to help ease his mind?
