I went in the hospital on 8/9 around 6 pm with contractions 2-3 minutes apart intensely hurting and I was not dilated at all!! I was closed and sent home and told to “come back when they get worse” and I remember the nurse telling me “you’ll be back tonight.”

She was right

Hubby and I went to get pizza after (I was hungry😫) and yup contractions were happening again and this time I felt them on my back and I hurt wayyyy to much. We went to the hospital that night at 10 pm and STILL CLOSED mind you I was 40 weeks already I wanted this baby out!! They monitored me for 2 hours and were about to tell me to leave until they saw what was coming out of me. My “discharge” or what I thought was my discharge came to their concern and they told me it looked like baby popped inside me and they sent me to L&D.; After 3 hours of waiting turns out it wasn’t meconium and the same doctor was about to tell me to go home AGAIN.

I was in tears. I was in pain and just wanted my baby out and was tired of feeling “rejected” in a way. Well that doctor got called to something else and a new one came in. He checked me and thank God I was at least 1 cm dilated. He looked at me and said “okay we can admit you I would usually send you home but let’s get this show on the road”

I was so happy and relieved and TIRED. They gave me pitocin and contractions were getting INTENSE I ended up getting the epidural and that was a reliever. I reached 10 cm around 12:00 am on the 11th and started to push. I pushed for a good 45 minutes and out came my sweet beautiful baby boy.💙💙
