21 weeks cramps

Has anyone else experienced cramps almost all the time in lower stomach? I have been to my doctors several times over this and they just recently sent me to labor and delivery in the hospital to get monitored and everything is ok. I also have a fibroid the size of a navel orange. They baby is fine but these cramps get worse if I'm active I pay for it the next day.
