Are you still taking the pregnancy vitamins?

So I was thinking you are def supposed to take the vitamins to 12 weeks but is everyone still taking them? When did you stop? Are you not going to stop?

You're supposed to take them all through pregnancy, and even after if you breastfeed

I’ve been taking them since 6 months before contraception and am 18 weeks now. I’m planning on taking them the whole way through and afterwards to help with breastfeeding.

Thanks for all your responses ... I wanted to stop because they were giving me bellyache seen the midwife today as 16 weeks and she’s swapped them to a different one thinks the iron was the problem x fingers crossed !!

Take them the entire time and if breastfeeding continue taking them after birth.

You’re supposed to take them the whole pregnancy, and as long as your breast feed or at least a year after giving birth.

i don't take them as religiously anymore but sometimes. ill be 18 weeks tomorrow. but i took them everyday up until 15/16 weeks
