If it is itchy and bothersome, probably a rash.. A breakout should clear up when you wash it regularly just like you do with your face. See a doctor if you really get worried about it

I reccomend using a salicylic acid cleanser and then a toner (drag a cotton ball soaked in toner over your chest or the affected area) it’s helped a lot for me, or also just get some sun without burning obviously and it really helps the acne go away

Acne! I used to get this too and now I use a lemongrass soap and it went away 😊
