Sore throat and sick right after ovulation

Anyone ever fall really ill right after ovulation? Glow estimates I ovulated yesterday and it’s our first month TTC after two MCs in recent months. I’ve been so healthy and well and stress free lately so this has come out of nowhere!

Woke up in the middle of the night with a sore throat (couldn’t swallow) fever, aching ear and awful headache. Managed to fall back asleep after taking paracetamol and symptoms aren’t as bad now but have been sleeping all day!

Has anyone else experienced this? Really hope it doesn’t count me out for this month, we’ve been trying so hard and looking forward to TTC after finally getting over the losses ❤️
