Childs dreams

I had a miscarriage in April it devastated my 5 yr old son. So this pregnancy we aren't telling him for a while then other day he tells me I'm pregnant. I just laughed it off he told me he saw it in his dreams he knows I am . I let him talk about the dream he said he saw God put 2 babies in me a boy and a girl baby. And I told him that was a great dream but I might just be a dream. He got mad and said it was real. Idk what to think or say I don't want to say the wrong thing . I haven't gotten my first appointment yet but now he keeps rubbing my belly and kissing it . I don't want to push him away I don't want to break his heart all over again
