Abortion pill afterwards?

Is it normal to feel weak, tired, and consistent cramping? I notice when I go up and down the steps it triggers my pelvic area and I’m just in a crazy amount of pain. I took the pill Monday morning and had crazy blood clot pass Tuesday night. I don’t if it was suppose to take that long but I hear it’s different for everyone. I’ve been keeping up on fluids and eating light regularly but the ibuprofen I was given just ain’t cutting it. These cramps are just terrible. I can’t walk fast, go up and down stairs or even lift heavy things like a laundry basket.
