Anadin extra

So I’ve got a real bad migraine and all I have in the house is anadin extra (this is what I would usually use to relieve the pain). I’ve looked online and it says it shouldn’t be taken in 3rd trimester pregnancy or while breast feeding and to consult a doctor before taking in earlier pregnancy. I’m around 12 weeks and ive tried to manage without but it’s getting unbearable. Does anyone know the possible risks of taking anadin? (Paracetamol, aspirin & caffeine)
