Possible leak?

37+4 and think I might be having a small leak, but very unsure? I’ve had lots of discharge this pregnancy, but since yesterday it’s watery and not chunky at all. It seems to be only happening when I’m up walking/standing, I wouldn’t call it a gush but I definitely feel it when it comes out. I’ve put on a liner to see if it fills up, but it doesn’t seem to be much at all. Should I be concerned, should I go in and get checked?

I have texted my midwife and jsit waiting for her to get back to me.
