5 week ultrasound- no yolk sac?

Is it normal not to see a yolk sac at 5 weeks? My doctor told me to come back in 2 weeks but I'm totally freaked out!

Almost 5 weeks, empty gestational sacs

6w6d there’s a baby in there!

It’s so hard to wait it out because I felt like I need to do something, be proactive, and probably have some control over the situation. But only time helps.

I’m going through this and what’s making it worse is that I’m bleeding everyday for almost a week but my HCG is doubling normal .
