Is increase of CM normal?

I keep feeling like I peed myself and I look down and my underwear is basically fill with Clear CM. I am 4 weeks and 5 days.

I’m 31 weeks and still think I pee myself when I get slight gushes of cm.. it’s more annoying than anything 🙄
