Sub chorionic hematoma

Went to the ER Wednesday for spotting and cramping. Found out I'm only 8w5d..I was a week off. Did ultrasound and found a sub chorionic hemorrhage by the baby. So after three MC I am now at risk of another. I am on pelvic rest and cannot lift anything until my OB clears me. Is anyone else experiencing this???? I'm so scared!
