Just anxiety

So was in the middle seat full seat belt not just a lab seat belt. But my mom to my left and grandpa to my left. But dad swirved to not hit a big pot hole. But made us all kinda shift in our seats. But didn’t hit anything but made my back like rub against the seat since I got kinda pushed to my mom. But can anything like injuries or bleeding internally sorry just anxious now.
