Ovulating?

Is there a way my gyno can tell if I have been ovulating? I just got off the pill four months ago.

You can buy ovulation kits and test it yourself at home. It sorta works like a pregnancy test and you use them each day at The same time. The lines on them will be faint before and after you ovulate and the darkest during your more fertile time!

I think they test your progesterone levels to see if you successfully ovulated or not. It’s some kind of test they do is all I know.
