Pelvic Physical Therapy?

Does anyone have experience with pelvic floor muscle physical therapy? I was referred by my women’s health doctor because I’m only 24, but I already have urinary incontinence. Any advice?

PT should be able to help with that. I am going for diastasis rectis but I know they treat incontinence. My diastasis has reduced by 2/3 in a few weeks.

I went for four months and believe it helped. I was there for endometriosis. It’s more invasive than I realized. Be prepared to drop your pants and do exercises while being examined internally. After the first session it became normalized and we carried on conversation while going through the exercises. It is worth trying!
