Eating Healthy
My WHOLE life i have refused to eat healthy. Now it's a completely different story so i decided to spend all my fast food money at the grocery store to stock up on healthy food. (i'm very proud of myself). Since it's still an adjustment i'm taking baby steps into this lifestyle change with simple meals. So far these snacks/ meals have been able to cure my nausea and save me probably 1000 extra calories! Each meal gives me a source of calcium, vitamin d, protein, etc. It's surprising how pairing these small healthy foods rather than junk food actually makes me feel so much better! Hopefully you can try or tweak some of these to see if it helps you with the fatigue/ nausea 😊

oatmeal with strawberries, bananas, flax seed and orange juice
instead or chicken nuggets as my late night snack, i suffered replacing it for apples with peanut butter. lol
an everything bagel, applesauce, and cashews with orange juice
