Best Friends with benefits

My fwb and I started as best friends and now we’ve been having sexual off and on for years. We reconnected months ago and just hung out as friends. Eventually we discovered we have amazing sex. Lately we’ve been hanging out everyday. The last two nights I’ve slept at his house. I don’t know what to think or feel. Becoming benefit buddy’s while maintaining a friendship is confusing. Does or has anyone else experience something similar and has advice.
