Party food?

So I’m like 10 weeks ahead of time here but I’m a planner plus I have no energy so I’m preparing to make this as easy on myself as possible. I’m wanting to do a gender reveal party. I’m always all about food but I have multiple food restrictions (gluten nightshades and soy), so I know a lot of things that we have will have to be made by hand. That also helps with it being cheaper.

What do you think of this menu?

Bacon wrapped pineapple

Jam glazed meatballs

(Kept hot in a foil divided large crockpot)

Cheese plate (w/ some pickles and olives)

Fruit plate w/ cheesecake dip & caramel dip... or maybe Nutella and caramel?

Veggie plate

Assorted crackers/chips/popcorn

Ranch dip

Hummus

Salsa

Hot Artichoke spinach dip (in a mini crockpot)

Deviled eggs

GF pasta salad

Our family and I are all about food, that’s what I’ve missed most with this first trimester. It’s made cooking unbearable and now that the nausea has been getting better all I can think about is hosting something again!

(Quite a few things can be made weeks ahead and frozen others made a week or so ahead and some must just be made that weekend/day of)
