I just started to pump to see what I can produce and start to stock up for when I go back to work. I pumped directly after my LO was done nursing. I'm following directions and tips from others but this is all I produced this morning.

I pumped for 15 mins total for both breasts.

Any other suggestions? Maybe increase the vacuum...? I'm massaging the breast and squeezing too. I'm afraid I'm just not producing enough to pump which simply will not work for when I need a supply for day care soon! Any help would be appreciated!
