Worried...
I will be 12 weeks on Tuesday. I've been having some mild cramping and some not bad but noticeable back pain. I also noticed a little bit of an upset stomach earlier. I talked to my mom and she said that around the time of the month that you'd normally get your period you may get these symptoms. Does anyone have an comments or advice? I just want reassurance...
