Migraines

My migraines keep getting worse and worse this one came out of nowhere like most do and I took some 800 mg ibuprofen and used a cold rag on my head and laid down normally this helps especially the cold rag well it wasn’t budging my vision then turns blurry and I get sweaty and my stomach starts hurting I knew I had to run to the bathroom almost didn’t make it to the toilet and had my head over the toilet for 5 minutes idk what to do I atleast get 3 or more a month my question is the daith piercing worth it? Please no rude comments I’m exploring all options I’m desperate
