I’m 8 weeks pregnant. When I was 5 weeks, I called the office of my OB to make an appointment; they wanted to see me at 12 weeks, but as I’ll be away, I made an appointment for next week (9 weeks).

Today I found out that the OB doesn’t have an ultrasound in her office, so the appointment will just be a “conversation” - what’s the point in that?? And would it only have been a “conversation” at 12 weeks as well?!

My OB’s assistant is now talking to her on Monday to see if I should go somewhere else for some blood work and an ultrasound. But I’m super annoyed by this! Am I right to be?
