I am currently 6w5d with my second pregnancy. I had a miscarriage earlier this year that stopped growing at right about this time and the heart beat died about a week and a half later. I’ve been taking extra care of myself but have been soooo sick up until today. I’ve had headaches, cramping, stabbing pain from my ovarian cyst, extreme nauseous and dizziness. Suddenly this morning I woke up just fine. No cramping or anything since yesterday. Just a little nausea yesterday but that’s it. Is this normal? Should I be worried? With the miscarriage I’m just so freaked out right now and I’m starting to panic.
