advice?

anyone else been feeling lightheaded or out of breath for no reason? also I have had 0 appetite to the point in forcing myself to eat once to hopefully twice a day. I already called OB and just waiting for a call back just wonderinf if anyone else has experienced this and uf I should be worried.

I get that quite a bit. Usually on a day I'm having a lot of Braxton hicks. Usually putting my arms up(resting them on top of my head), taking deep slow breaths, and drinking lots of water helps.

I experience all of this. All your organs have been pushed upwards to make room for baby, that explains being out of breath. Lightheadedness can be anything from blood pressure, glucose or the fact that your body has maximum blood flow at this moment. As for loss of appetite, I don’t have one at all either but we have no choice to feed our babies. Regardless you are smart to contact your OB. Better safe and if nothing else maybe they can give you peace of mind.

Out of breath is normal now that we are in the 3rd trimester. Also the heat isn’t helping. My hubby asked me last night why I was breathing so heavy and all I could was look down at the belly lol. Appetite is also the same don’t want to eat with this heat so I drink lots of water and try to snack with fruits of smoothies.

I definitely had a loss of appetite, my doctor said that happens when your uterus is squishing your stomach... which is also what causes heartburn symptoms... I still don’t really feel ravenously hungry like I did before. They said just eat small meals throughout the day

Being out of breath is normal, since it’s getting crowded in there and you don’t have as much space for your lungs to expand. Also the appetite thing is normal too. I haven’t eaten as much since getting into third trimester because everything is squished inside and my stomach can’t take all the food. Lightheadedness might be a cause for concern though.

I think I had a bigger appetite before I got pregnant. Now that I’m bigger I feel like my skin is ripping after I eat and it’s really uncomfortable so I don’t eat big meals. Just lots of snacks/small meals

thanks everyone! trying to take it easy and not worry so much. I know baby boy is fine he doesn't stop moving 24/7 just this dizzy/lightheaded feeling has me a little concerned my BP has always been good and I drink a ton of water every day so Im just wondering why I'm feeling so crappy.
