Heartburn from weeks 9+

Hi girls I get really bad acid feeling more than heartburn it’s like a warm acid feeling constantly makes me feel so sick I eat small meals I don’t eat anything too acidic and I take gaviscon as I’ve been told to I’m 11 weeks I can’t believe I get this now anyone else the same 🤢🤮
