Hey ladies, Happy Friday! ☺️ So I read the post at the top of this group about cervical mucus, have been reading Taking Charge of Your Fertility, and spent a more than is probably healthy amount of time googling CM. And I am STILL confused on what’s sticky versus creamy.

I always look at toilet paper, but it’s always a little difficult to tell. And I’m not great at the internal checks, though I’ve been trying (small hands 😬), but what I do manage to gather seems to be somewhere in between. Not big pasty globs, but not totally smooth like lotion either. Somewhere in between.

How do you guys decipher between the two? 🧐 Thanks so much in advance for your help!!
