Got pregnant round 2 but miscarried in June. Did a 3rd round and am currently pregnant (4w 3d) with our rainbow baby

I did 5 rounds of Clomid and 2 of Femara. The month I ended up conceiving I had been on my 2nd round of Femara and had just had my HSG completed - my dr said the HSG can help women get pregnant but it can’t be advertised as a fertility treatment since it’s mostly diagnostic.
