Had sex a couple days ago and had red/pink spotting afterwards.. went to the hospital yesterday because due to previous miscarriage I was worried but baby is okay with a HB of 170 as of yesterday. Measuring a day ahead. Haven’t had any sex and this morning I have been having persistent cramping. Thought cramping is maybe cause I’ve been constipated. I had a poo just now but had to push a little bit and when I wiped afterwards I noticed some brownish mucousy discharge with little brown spot like tiny maybe the size of the tip of a pin... is this normal? Baby should still be okay? Is it maybe because of pushing to poo? Or maybe some residual discharge from the sex a couple days ago?

My doctor is on vacation so I can’t call her... any thoughts would be great please
