HELP! I'm 9 weeks today and freaking out!

Any advice is greatly appreciated. This is my first pregnacy. I'm 35 years old and have tried for years to get pregnant. I'm 9 weeks today at 7 weeks the baby was healthy and with a heart beat. Anyways, last night around 5pm I started experiencing back pain like the kind you get when you have your period. Went home laid down and went to bed around 8pm. At 4am I woke up to pee and wiped and there was bright red blood. I screamed and my SO came running and I wiped 3 times with red blood. At around 8 am called doctor and Nurse called me back snd told me to monitor it and if it gets worse to go to the hospital. At 10am after a 3 hour nap this is what I wiped. (I wiped 3 times) now I just have brown spotting nothing that gets on a pantry liner only when I wipe. I'm still nauseous, my boobs still feel like bowling balls and hurt like a b*tch but I'm terrified. I am heading to the hospital. Does this look like the beg. Of a miscarriage? Has anyone else experienced this? Thank you- it's hard when you don't have many friends and your SO isnt the best at showing much emotion. Thank you.

This is at 10am- the discharge has slowed down since then.
