Doc ordered third time hcg

I took my first hcg and progesterone levels 17 dpo, hcg 502. Progesterone 14.1. Repeats on 19 dpo (but only 45 hours apart), hcg 865 progesterone 15. Doc is saying it is not doubling and that I should repeat again 21 dpo. I have some cramps, some lower back pain and sore breast. I feel worried. Should I be? I had a m/c on my first pregnancy and now everything freaks me out.

Edit: first hcg was 13 dpo not 17.
