You can wait it out. If you’re having more blood loss than expected (of course there WILL be a lot) then go to the hospital then. Feel free to call your OB for advice, they can suggest pain meds and what the threshold for a concerning level of blood is.
I’ve had two miscarriages at home. While sad, it’s a natural thing your body knows how to handle. Stay hydrated, and send someone out for snacks.

Make an appointment with your OB. You'll need an ultrasound and bloodwork to make sure everything gets cleared out and your levels return to 0.
You do not need to go to the hospital unless there's excessive bleeding or extreme pain.

Speaking from experience boo..... I had a miscarriage and decided to wait. Day two I bled so bad I had to go. Long story short if I didn’t go when I did it could have turned out differently. I had a DNC and was told that it could have have caused sepsis. Please go.

I didnt know I was having a miscarriage until I had awful cramping, for a week I had very little blood on my pantyliner. So I did wait it out it was so early there wasnt anything to be done anyways.  If I was further along say 14 wks Id go to the hospital. If you are losing alot of blood call your ob or go to ER

Go to the hospital, it’s important to see if everything’s progressing the way it should. If there’s any leftovers that didn’t pass naturally and no one catches it it will make it extremely hard to conceive in the future

usually wait it out, but if you’re filling up a pad with blood in less than an hour go to the emergency room, i had a miscarriage but went to the hospital right away because i was gushing out too much blood, i was filling up a pad less than 30 minutes non stop, the blood went through the chairs in the waiting room 😣

Really depends. I had a super early miscarriage so it was more like a super heavy period and I didn’t need to see a doctor

I think it would depend on how far.. you could wait if it’s still early on but I wouldn’t if it was later in pregnancy
