Heartburn and indigestion relief?

Everything and I mean everything I eat gives me heart burn and indigestion! What can I do/take/eat/whatever? I'm desperate and will try anything that's pregnancy safe

PEPCID!!!! Pepcid has saved my life, I was about ready to claw out my chest and stomach every time I got heart burn but my doctor prescribed me pepcid and it actually works! I never get heart burn anymore. If you're just looking for a food item that will take it away Ginger Ale works wonders too. I find the best ones are the Canada Dry brand and the little personal bottles not the 2-liter.

Tums & Zantac are faster acting. Prilosec if taken regularly will give you sustained relief.

I've heard of pickles and apple cider vinegar. Have tried the pickles but not the acv! The pickles have worked for me!
