Am I depressed

So I been looking forward to this time where I can focus on loosing weight after being in school for 6 years graduating from UCLA I thought and planned to focus on loosing all the extra weight I put on from bad eating but it has not been like that it’s been all the opposite i find myself tired and sleeping a lot How do I make a change ? Am i depressed,? How any of you start a healthy habit ??

I have 30+ pounds I need to loose I’m 34 and I’m struggling to get pregnant
