Dad and I are so smitten. She came after 12 hours of active labor and pushed for 3. Made progress quickly but then she got wedged a couple times. I just couldn't get her past my pubic bone. I didn't want to but they had to use suction for a few seconds. About a minute after she was born. She is 6 lbs 5 oz, 19 inches long. She's so quiet so far! We'll see what tomorrow brings.
