I didn’t have sore breasts at all until I actually gave birth and started lactating.

Before I even got my bfp (the day I was expecting AF so only a couple of weeks) they were noticeably sore. By 5 or 6 weeks they had increased by a cup size, my areolas were definitely darker, and they were aching.
