I'll be 16 weeks Monday and am having severe pelvic girdle pain already. We were out walking around for a few hours today, and once I sat down at home, i couldn't really get back up without shooting pains on one side of my hip. I can't be broken down already. I have a 16month old to chase! Any suggestions?
