Smell from Mirena

So I got the IUD in February. I noticed that there was an awful smell coming from down there and I went to the doctor about 2 months ago.

She tested me for infections and found that I have no signs of infection, but I did have signs of a yeast infection. So I took anti fungal and everything seemed fine.

But the past couple weeks I have noticed a terrible smell. I don’t have any of the other symptoms of a YI (thick discharge and little yeast pods), but it does smell terrible.

Any idea what it could be?
