TTC implantation or period

Hey ladies so my period came today at least that’s what I think it is. It came one day late which was today and it was not heavy at all, on a normal first day flow I would’ve went thru the first pad immediately not this time it was such a little bit that I didn’t even have to change the pad sorry I know , tmi but I literally didn’t have to change it. My boobs are sore off and on and I’m nauseous and using the bathroom more often then ever? Do you think it could be a sign of implantation or just my normal period? Also I had my tubes untied in March and I MC in June.
