Hi ladies, I need some advice please.

Hi ladies. I have been cramping this past week not to bad but today it was almost like AF cramps on and off today, when I went to wipe (tmi pic in comment) I had this and now hardly anything is there, I haven’t been tracking O, my cm is stretchy clear and watery, and my cervix felt high and soft, any advice.? My friend thinks this could be implantation bleeding. My periods are irregular last one was the end of may. I was taking birth control for about a week and I stopped almost 3 weeks ago.
