I took Femara for The first time and finished it on July 19. I started spotting July 20 and 21. My doctor then performed FemVue on me that Wednesday and I spotted a bit again. On July 23 I took my first ovulation test first time using a digital test and it showed the peak smiley face. This is my first time going through all this so I'm stressing out. Would I have been ovulating even if I'm spotting? Could the FemVue have caused a false positive? Anybody successful first try with Femara?
