long story made short:was told to push when I really wasnt suppose to,asked for epidural,they broke my water and then I pushed when i really was meant to push,but they cut me more and I got 10 stitches,besides using the stuff to help heal,is there anything else yall suggest to heal faster,I'm tired of feeling like my butt is burning lol😂

I didn’t use anything just had plan baths nothing in them and washed my hair over the bath so the shampoo and conditioner didn’t irritate my stitches. I cleaned that area every time I went to the toilet and dabbed dry. I took cocoamol. They did heal completely on their own after 5 weeks I had a third degree tear but I will warn you your butt might still hurt for months after the stitches are gone.

om i read someware that you can put aloe vera and witchazel on a pad and put it in the freezer for a little bit and then put it on

I know exactly how you feel. I had 15 stitches and thought my caging was going to fall off because of the pain. 😂 It took 2 weeks for me to finally walk and sit normal. I sat on a boppy pillow, took sitz baths like 3 times a day, used the numbing spray the hospital gave me, wore the hospital underwear for those two weeks, used the little squirt bottle instead of wiping every time to clean up down there and just was very very careful!

Are they dissolving stitches? Be careful of what you use, you don't want them to start dissolving before your skin is ready.
