Can anyone help me out here? I'm not sure what I'm suppose to be expecting. As some of you all know I had a MC and had to have a D&C. Well I think I may be getting AF? Can anyone who has had a natural MC or D&C help describe what the first cycle is like afterwards? I've been having bleeding but it's more like spotting dark red every 3-4 hours and horrible horrible cramps and back pains... this is day two of this and I figured it would become like an actual period but still just spotting. I'm just really confused and wondering if anyone has had a similar situation? No one ever is active in any of the mc or pregnancy loss groups for help and advice.
