My Healthy diet!!

So I gave birth six weeks ago and I’m breastfeeding and pumping. I’ve been so eager to start Keto diet, but I’ve read plenty and my doctors said no dieting till u stop breastfeeding. Well I’m not planing to stop butttttt I’ve read plenty to know I still can eat healthy without officially calling dieting. So I decided to cut carb and sugar from processed food. So no junk food and no more carb. I do eat every morning three dates (natural sugar and it increases my milk!) and I eat plenty of vegetables, meat and fruits. So it’s my kind of heathy diet. Where I didn’t loose my breast milk and still eating healthy. So far this week down to 2 lbs. not much but will get there. I also drink 4 liters of water a day. Plenty of almonds to increase my milk.
