Constipation help. TMI***
I am so miserable y’all. I haven’t used the bathroom (#2) In at least a week. When I try I literally will sit on the toilet for 30+ minutes trying to use the bathroom and will have some bleeding. What can I do? Can I take stool softener while pregnant?
