I am 11 dpo and while laying on the couch felt a sharp pain in my right side. I stood up and felt it one more time which brought me to my knees. The paid lasted about 3 seconds and then nothing. About and hour later after I went to the bathroom, I wiped and there was pink spotting. Haven't had the pain since and no more spotting. AF is due in about 5 days. Any idea what this could be?
