Maybe you ladies can help. I called the advice nurse & im still confused. So about 2 hours ago I got cramping in the center of my lower area. But it was a constant cramp... Didn't really have tightening on stomach. Then I took a bath.. It went away.. Just got out but now I feel more waves of cramps. Like every 20 minutes. Should I go get checked out? Should I wait? What should I do? 37 weeks 2 days. I have no clue if it's labor or not.. I never got any signs and would I know if it's truly labor? FTM .. A little scared! Thank you!
