Hip pain (pregnancy) 😓
I'm only 9 weeks 5 days and my hips are killing me :( I don't know what to do hurts when I sit, lay and walk. I've heard they hurt when your around 18 to 24 weeks. Mine are already killing me. Any advice on how to deal with pain or what can help so that I get more comfortable? Any one else go through this early on?Â
